Product Application
Furfuryl alcohol is mainly used to produce furan resin with various properties, furfuryl alcohol urea-formaldehyde resin and phenolic resin, etc. It can also be used as anti-corrosion resin, pharmaceutical raw material, preparation of fruit acid, solvent and plasticizer. The plasticizer made with it as raw material has better cold resistance than esters of butanol and octanol, and it is also a good solvent for furan resin, varnish, pigment and rocket fuel. Moreover, it can also be used in synthetic fibers, rubber, pesticides and foundry industries.
